Advanced board members decided to distribute 50 Halalas (SR .5) profit per share: 03/02/2010
 Advanced board members decided in their meeting on Tuesday 5th of Muharam 1431 corresponding to the 22nd of December 2009 to distribute in accordance to the recommendation of the company’s general assembly a SR 70.6 million profit which equals to 50 Halalas (SR .5) profit per share for the second half of the year 2009. Therefore, the total profit the company distributed to share holders at the end of the fiscal year 2009 was SR 141.2 million. This profit will be distributed to all shareholders registered in Tadawul by the end of the day the general assembly meeting will be held in March 2010. This was stated by Chairman of Board Mr. Khalifa bin Abdullatif Al-Mulhim during the board meeting where he looked through the performance of the company during the year of 2009 and approved the company budget for year 2010.
