 Advanced’s Board of Directors decided to distribute SR 0.75 cash dividend per share.
Advanced Petrochemical Company has announced its Board of Directors decision in their meeting on Tuesday 18th of Jumada’ II 1431 corresponding to the 1st of June 2010 to distribute a total of SR 106 million Cash Dividend which is equivalent to 0.75 SR per share. This dividend distribution is for the first half of the year 2010. It is to be distributed only to those who registered in Tadawul by the end of the 30th of June 2010. The distribution will start on the 31st of July 2010.
