Advanced board members decided in their meeting on Sunday 6th of Moharam 1431( corresponding to the 12th of December 2010) to recommend to the general assembly to distribute SR 141.3 million cash dividend which is equivalent to( SR 1.00) 28/12/2010
 Advanced board members decided in their meeting on Sunday 6th of Moharam 1431( corresponding to the 12th of December 2010) to recommend to the general assembly to distribute SR 141.3 million cash dividend which is equivalent to( SR 1.00) per share.This dividend distribution is for the Second half of the year 2010. It is to be distributed only to those who are registered in Tadawul by the end of the day of the general assembly meeting; the schedule of which would be announced later. The invitation for general assembly will be published once the announcement is approved by the competent authorities. Therefore, the total cash dividend for fiscal year ending 31 December 2010 is SR 247.4 million which is equivalent (SR 1.75) per share. This was announced by Chairman of Board, Mr. Khalifa bin Abdullatif Al-Mulhim, at the recentlyconcluded board meeting on the basis of the performance of the company during the year of 2010.
Advanced board members decided in their meeting the following:
1- Approval the company budget for year 2011.
2- Announcement of the Promotion of Mr. Fahad A. Al-Mishal to be the Vice President for Finance and Marketing.
